Exa Al Fanar — First Shipment

Exa Al Fanar.Introducing the first shipment through Meta Ads.

One product-launch programme, two related campaign-name groups and a clear route from discovering an unfamiliar porcelain line to starting a conversation.

01 / The challenge

A technical product. A human decision.

The first incoming Exa Al Fanar shipment introduced an unfamiliar product line. The work needed to establish its identity and practical value, make the new-shipment story visually engaging and address hesitation without inventing specifications or presenting origin-based comparisons as proven research.

Introduce the range. Make the offer understandable. Give interested people an easy way to ask a question.

02 / The thinking

From understanding to enquiry.

Treat the shipment as an introduction.

Frame the first incoming shipment as a product-launch opportunity, giving the unfamiliar Exa Al Fanar line a clear place in the customer’s attention.

03 / In the world

Real campaign. Published creative.

Product videos and static visuals introduced the shipment and its offering. Two related Meta campaign-name groups—New Shipment and Exa Al Fanar—belonged to one launch programme; the records are not presented as simultaneous activity or a controlled experiment. Hussam led strategy, Meta campaign management, creative direction, content coordination and performance review within his Al Satari role, without claiming sole design, photography or video editing.

New Shipment: 2 records, 763 starts, AED 5,092.10 spend, AED 6.67 weighted cost per start. Exa Al Fanar: 2 records, 156 starts, AED 1,803.60 spend, AED 11.56 weighted cost per start. Combined: 919 starts and AED 6,895.70 spend.

Platform indicators—not verified sales, unique customers, attributed revenue, ROAS or incremental results. The two Reels and static post are authentic creative samples, not proof that they generated the aggregate outcomes. Different source-group costs do not establish a controlled-test winner.
