01 / The challenge

A technical product. A human decision.

Many customers may be more familiar with European porcelain. The campaign needed to introduce Omani porcelain with confidence, communicating quality, practical suitability and visual appeal while acknowledging that country-of-origin perceptions and price comparisons can influence decisions. This is campaign context, not quantified consumer research.

Make the product easy to understand and visualise, build familiarity, and give interested customers a simple way to enquire.

A UAE building-materials, porcelain and sanitary ware business with branches in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah.
02 / The thinking

From understanding to enquiry.

Show the product in real settings.

Use showroom and installation-oriented content so people can visualise the product beyond an isolated pack shot.

03 / In the world

Real campaign. Published creative.

Showroom and installation-oriented content helped customers visualise the product. Varied creative approaches and product angles supported the campaign, without suggesting that the published samples represent every variation. Hussam led strategy, campaigns, creative direction and production supervision, coordinated product and showroom content, and reviewed performance as part of his full-time Al Satari role—not as an external agency or the sole designer, filmmaker or editor.
