Write the creative brief before opening a canvas
Start with a real product brief: audience, one clear benefit, proof, call to action, brand colours, format and required legal text. Include approved product photographs and any wording that cannot change.
- One audience and one communication objective per concept.
- Verified product facts, offer terms and mandatory disclaimers.
- Required placements, dimensions and production constraints.
- The action you want the viewer to take and how it will be measured.
Use Claude for angles, then design in Canva
- Ask Claude for three distinctly different creative angles based only on the brief.
- For each angle, request one headline, a short supporting line, a visual concept, a script or caption and a test hypothesis.
- Select two angles for production and remove every unsupported claim.
- Build the required placements in Canva with clear hierarchy, real product assets and legible supporting details.
- Export the necessary sizes, inspect text safety areas and preview each design on a phone.

Measure the idea, not just the design
- Tag results by creative angle so comparisons remain meaningful.
- Compare message quality, qualified enquiries and conversion outcomes where tracking supports them.
- Keep audience, placement and spend conditions as consistent as practical for the test.
- Review unusual details, logos and product accuracy before publication.
- Do not imply native Claude–Canva automation unless current official sources confirm it for your account.
